Travel Fees
I charge an additional R5.50 per kilometre to and from the wedding venue. If the trial venue is further than 10kms, the same price will be charged.
Payment
The final balance is due in cash/EFT the week before the event as one payment – no exceptions.
The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who made the booking.
Acceptable forms of payment are: cash or EFT with proof of payment
Bookings
Your wedding date will not be reserved and will be available to other bridal parties until your 50% deposit is received. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking within 3 months of the wedding date. However, if you cancel 3 or more months prior to your date, R2500 will be retained as a retainer fee and the rest will be returned.
Requests
Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the makeup artist needs to complete the makeup.
- A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location.
- Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use by makeup artist.
- Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly.
- A high chair or bar stool is requested.
Remember to wear a button down shirt so you don’t mess up your hairstyle while getting changed.
Please remember that formal hairstyles work better if hair is slightly oily.
A dry shampoo will be applied in order for the hair to look clean and fresh.
